When will my order ship?
I will ship out packages once or twice a week. If there are any delays I will make an announcement or will contact you individually. You will receive an email letting you know your order has shipped along with a tracking number for First Class Mail orders.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
First Class Mail: 5-10 days
Snail Mail (stickers): 2-3 weeks
If you would like to get a tracking option for your stickers, please "buy" the Sticker Tracker and I will send out with a tracking number and they will arrive to you in 5-10 days
How much does shipping cost?
First Class Mail on Padded Mailer (with tracking): $5.00
First Class Mail in Medium box (with tracking): $8.50
Snail Mail (stickers only - no tracking): $1.50
Where is my package?
You should have received a tracking number with your shipping confirmation and you can use it to track the status of your package!
Tracking is not included in sticker-only purchases as I try to keep cost as cheap as I can for you. These get sent out with stamps only. If you would like to get a tracking option for your stickers, please "buy" the Sticker Tracker and I will send out with a tracking number and they will arrive to you in 5-10 days.
Can I exchange or return my order?
I do NOT accept exchanges or returns. I do accept cancelations if your order has not yet shipped. That does not apply to any custom products.
What if something is damaged or missing from my order?
I try to do my best in packing every item to ensure it's safe arrival to you. However, once it is shipped I am not responsible of how the package arrived to you. If there any issues (bent stickers, broken glassware), please contact me as soon as possible to resolve any issues. I will not make any replacements if a significant amount of time has passed.
For missing items please contact me and let me know if I forgot anything! I'll be more than happy to send those out with no extra charge to you.
Pre-Order Items:
How does it work?
Pre-Orders are a way to ensure you will get a product without it selling out, granted you purchase within the pre-order window. Each listing will state if it's a pre-order item. These items are not in stock or may not even be in production. When the pre-order window closes (which will usually be between 2-3 weeks), I will send the items into production and then they will ship out after I receive and inspect them.
Where is my pre-order stuff?
These are not in stock items. Production will take anywhere between 3-5 weeks meaning it could be over a month for them to arrive to you.
Can I cancel a pre-order item?
I do not accept cancellation on pre-order items that have already been shipped out or after have already been sent out to production (after pre-order window closes). Please contact me for any unique circumstances to discuss further.
Pre-order window closed! Can I still buy this item?
I will usually order more than the pre-order amounts, meaning I will have extra stock. These will be uploaded to this shop, or I will sell at conventions or markets. It might take longer for stock to be updated on the shop, but I will do my best. If I do in fact sell out it will state as such.
